Press or Coldset Printing line

Artes Gráficas del Atlántico, S.A. has two rotary presses to print press products:

• Colorman rotary press. It consists of three printing bodies that allow printing up to 96 double-sided full colour (4/4) pages at the same time. Over 37,500 copies per hour of printing speed.
• Mitsubishi rotary press. It consists of three printing bodies (two colour 4/4 towers and one black 1/1 body). It prints up to 96 pages, 64 of which can be full colour copies. Over 25,000 copies per hour of printing speed.

Artes Gráficas del Atlántico, S.A. handles the press printing products with the following devices:

• Proliner inserting system 1: It consists of 1 main product marker and 6 secondary product or insert markers.
• Proliner inserting system 2: It consists of 1 main product marker and 7 secondary product or insert markers.
• Flexi-Roll It consists of 18 Flexi-Roll winding stations for product storage.

· Stackers. 6 output trays consisting of 6 Newstack stackers and 12 SMB strapping units
